Low heart rate and oxygen levels, anaemia?

LlamaNoDrama · 09/07/2024 11:17

I was messing with my smartwatch last night and today and just now it's said my heartbeat was 57 and oxygen 92%. The readings have varied a bit and sometimes it's higher but I've had a few lower readings.

I'm absolutely exhausted at the moment and feeling rough. I'm waiting for a blood test and suspect I might be anemic. Would anemia cause a low hr and oxygen levels?

Yes massively be careful

Could it be Covid? Low blood oxygen, plus exhaustion...

Please ring your GP practice or 111 and ask about that oxygen level.

Hopefully it's just a wayward watch but you should check it.

Yes, my husband has had low readings and anaemia since having Covid.
