I am 40. Used to be slim and sporty but now I’m a stone and a half overweight and unfit. My hair has started to grey and I just feel all round a bit frumpy.
My son and I have just had an unexpected invitation abroad for a few days with family. Think beach, water sports, hiking etc.
How realistic is it to shift a stone, get a bit of tone and improve my health and how I feel in a month?
