How much can I improve my body in 4 weeks?

Just that!

I am 40. Used to be slim and sporty but now I’m a stone and a half overweight and unfit. My hair has started to grey and I just feel all round a bit frumpy.

My son and I have just had an unexpected invitation abroad for a few days with family. Think beach, water sports, hiking etc.

How realistic is it to shift a stone, get a bit of tone and improve my health and how I feel in a month?

I am not an expert but talking about my own experience with no health conditions other than being overweight. If this was me I would do 16:8 for one month, start walking as much as possible and exercise home with YouTube videos. That would give me a much better feeling about myself and would give me some results that would boost my mood.

Do it anyway. You obviously need to do it and you may as well start now as at any other time.

There is unlikely to be a dramatic transformation in a month though.
