Could this be withdrawal?

The past 10 days I've had killer migraine, snotty nose, diarrhoea, aches and pains and going hot and cold. I came off antidepressants only 10mg to nothing over 6 weeks but I had been on them 3 years. I feel I'm through the worst of it. Wondering if it's withdrawal or genuine illness

Hmm not sure. But there is a lot of covide going round with similar symptoms. Would be worth checking of only for your own peace of mind.

Had a negative lft. Did have covid about 6 weeks ago though.

I have stopped fluoxetine before with little issue but escitalopram is meant to be harder to come off.

Worth a quick call to your GP then. They should be able.tp advise and helps mitigate symptoms.

And sorry covid coincided with you winding down.

I may aswell stay off them now as hopefully the worse has passed!
