Reheating Casserole

I made a slow cooker dish with pork steaks on Friday ( it has cream in the sauce). Covered the remains in the slow cooker but it wasn’t put in the fridge until the next day. The weather has been quite cool so it wasn’t left in a hot kitchen. Are we ok to eat it if I thoroughly heat it in the microwave?

then cook it a further 48 hours later?

i wouldn’t but i doubt anything will come of it

If in doubt, bring it to proper boiling/bubbling on the hob for a couple of minutes.
