Where can you check historic flight cancellations?

I am looking for a flight that I was due to board back October 29 2023. The plane was cancelled which meant a delay in returning to school after half term. At the time I sent the information to the school. I have been asked to attend an attendance appointment and have been told that they have been marked as unauthorised as I didn’t send any proof. I sent the email I had at the time but they apparently have no record. I have deleted all email correspondence from the airline and school as it was so long ago.

I have attempted to google search but all I can find is information that is for current/upcoming flights.

does anyone know where I can search the information?

thanks

Would it be in your deleted file . Have you tried contacting the airline directly.

An attendance meeting 9 months after the event? How much school was missed?!

Do you have email confirmation?

You can contact the airline and ask directly, but they will probably take a few days to get back to you as they’ll assume you are asking so you can claim compensation (which you may as well do if the conditions are satisfied).

try flightradar24.com

It was 2 missed days as the next flight was not until late on Monday and was a 10 hour journey with a connection meaning we didn’t land at Heathrow until 4am Tuesday morning.

the meeting has been triggered by some further absences (1 in Jan for tonsillitis, 2 in Feb as my daughter was sexually Harassed and assaulted by another pupil and could not return until a risk assessment was in place (school advised this was the case). 1 day in April (police video interview for assault case) 2 days in May with strep A (10 days antibiotics). All of these have been authorised.

2 days for delayed flight, 1 day in March for anxiety. plus 1 day in June for a really bad period (pain, and flooding) were unauthorised.

So 10 days missed. I know that authorised or not the absence still impacts the overall percentage but it is just annoying that it isn’t recorded correctly.

i have searched all my email folders to no avail. I will wait to hear back from the airline as I have requested this information.

flight radar only shows 7 days history unless you pay a fee.
