Shall we help and encourage each other out of it?

I had been feeling like that for a while, like I don't do anything except work, ferry my son to activities, and be with my husband and son (either at home or out for a meal). I was pretty bored.

I signed up to an intro session of Padel a couple of weeks ago which I loved so have started playing. It's fun, easy to pick up and sociable.

Doing this and enjoying it has also motivated me to go back to other things I enjoy - learning Spanish and doing my family tree. I feel like I've found my mojo again.

It's Monday so a good day to take some steps.
I have everything, every part of my life that I feel stuck with.

  • work needs some more effort
  • house needs a good declutter and clean
  • diet needs to be improved
  • need some time for exercise
  • need to make some more time for elderly widowed mil who is lonely but manipulatively needy but also needs practical help.

OMG this is me. Ive felt like this for a good while now. I think every since i had my daughter 2 years ago. I just cant get the old me back.
My partners tells me to find a hobby i enjoy but i dont no what that is. all i do is work, deal with terrible twos, teenage moody son, and clean.
it gets me down that i rent (my parrents are my landlords) and cant afford my own place because if i did i wouldnt live where i am. I dream of somewhere with land, a few dogs and other animals.
Always seem to be on a diet but dont loose weight.
Groundhog day everyday.

sorry i seem to have ranted there haha x

@Emmav2020 Rant away. It helps to clear the mind sometimes.

I'm trying to eat better and do some exercise but I'm not as disciplined as I should be.
