I had the covid booster last weekend and was pretty tired. I then was exposed to someone on Thursday who was just getting over covid.
Friday night I had that must fall asleep right now feeling. Woke I in the night with a cough. Wasn't terrible Sat morning but headache behind eyes, tiredness and brain fog. Had about 10 hours sleep.
I have about 1 minute where I can function and then my brain gives up.
Things I have to do.
Get rid of this headache.
Feed myself.
Get a shop in for the week.
Work admin.
Get about 11 hours sleep tonight as that seems to be what I need.
Finish loading dishwasher.
Laundry.
Everything else can wait. It's 12.15pm. I can't order the priorities. Work admin needs starting soon because otherwise I won't do it. I think I need to deal with the headache first.
Any positive words of encouragement or super organised person who can order the day for me?
