How the F*** do you contact asos??

Has anyone managed to contact asos before to ask a question? There’s absolutely no number or email address anywhere and the only way to speak to them is to speak to a bot on online chat. I’ve tried this but because it’s a computer it doesn’t understand what I’m asking. Please can someone tell me if you’ve had any luck contacting them?

I usually ask the bot to put me through to a human

I complained about something and managed to negotiate through the bot to a person and then was on hold for an hour waiting to speak to a manager.

They sent me half a pair of pyjamas and then refused the return because it was only half a pair! 🙄

Personally I would never shop there again.

'Advisor' or 'help me with something else' a few times usually gets you past the bot

I’ve had several sensible online chats with an actual human at asos and found them v helpful. Can’t remember how I bypassed the bot but it is possible
