Oven glass door

Really boring I know, but just wanted to check something.
Had my oven cleaned this week, used it today and when I opened it after cooking, the glass inside door (which had been cleaned) fell out. The wee screw holding the bracket at one side had fallen out, and it won’t fit when I put it back in, seems not long enough.
I had a screw, similar shape, wrong length and colour( but old screw was old so silver v black).
It is not a perfect fit, but holds the little bracket on. Is it safe to use random screws in my oven?

I wonder if they disintegrated a little rubber washer when cleaning or something & that’s why it’s falling out.
A screw is a screw I suppose but, if it’s too long, and touches something it shouldn’t, it may cause issues ie if it’s double glass and touches the other glass pane or something and heats it up in a spot.

That’s a good point. The new screw is only a tiny bit longer, but I have insurance for the cooker, maybe I should just go through that to be safe.

I would just Google the manual and spare parts to see if I could buy a washer (if it is actually missing one) it would be cheaper than insurance excess/premium increase.
