Hi all, apologies I wasn't sure where to post. My teen is keen for a gaming PC for birthday/christmas. He's not hugely informed on specs etc to be very helpful, he basically wants to be able to play online games like Fortnite on there. I have had such bad luck with tech over the years, I buy a laptop and it runs slow within the first year. I'm apprehensive of the cost of gaming PCs and don't want it to become slow and frustrating soon after laying down money.
Has anyone got any links to pre made PCs they've got that are going strong? I'm needing to work out how much a decent set up costs, but equally, he's not a hardcore gamer so not wanting to spend £1000+ if it can be avoided.
