Confused about pay

Hi all!

so confused about this pay on a potential job that I would like to apply for but unsure of how much you get monthly considering
its a SEND T.A role.

You get 14k a year for a 1 year fixed term contract. That has already been pro rata down in my experience.

Approx 1166 a month before tax and NI, if they pay it in 12 monthly sums like a lot of schools do.

14k is under minimium wage for a FT job, so I'd assume it's already scaled for hours and term time.
So, you'd earn 14k.
