When I was on the school run today I got off the bus crossed the road felt fine. Then I felt light headed and the tops of my legs went like jelly felt like I was going to fall . And my face went hot.

Also whilst I'm here. Every time I get off a bus it feels like there are rush sounds passing my ears. It's like the rush of traffic like im standing on a motorway. But im not

My guess would be possibly low blood pressure/near fainting or a panic attack. I’ve had a proper panic attack only once and it was the most bizarre experience (I wasn’t actually anxious about anything at the time). I went really wobbly and my face went numb and my hands went really hot. I had to lock myself in the bathroom, sit on the floor and run my hands under the cold tap until I felt like I could stand again.

That said, I’m wondering if this isn’t more low blood pressure or a syncope (near fainting) of some kind. Because you’re presumably sitting on the bus and then you get up and start walking quickly away from the bus. That could be a trigger for some sort of faint.

I get like that when my blood sugars are low. I'm not diabetic but if I don't eat regularly my blood sugar crashes and I feel shaky and sweaty. When I was younger, I actually blacked out and collapsed. I was told by GP to always carry a sugary snack and to sit down if I felt like it was happening.

I had this for about a year it stopped when I reduced my blood pressure meds as it was low blood pressure.

I can feel faint when anaemic. Get bloods done.

You might want to do a pregnancy test too?

Oh I do have very low iron. Plus my blood pressure has always been low. But im told that's normal for me. That's probably the reason though

No definitely not pregnant
