150ft abseil?

Anyone done this? I have a voucher for me & dd and we have a choice of 65ft or 150ft. Dd wants to do the higher one but I've never abseiled before though I'm not particularly scared of heights. Might change my mind once I'm there though! Any advice please?

I'd go big - you won't do it often and it will be over soon enough

indeed longer might enable you to start to enjoy it before it's all over as you get the hang of it

( and falling from either height isn't healthy )

Assume it's one go? The absail time in the air is normally quite short
