That's coz they (itv etc) do projections rather than bbc declarations

Swindon is now on BBC. Labour win

I'm confused. Sunderland Central had no change to Labour from last time.
The conservatives were down 21% and reform up 15%, but the swingometer on BBC was showing as a swing from Labour to reform.

There appears to have been no movement from Labour, so how did they get that figure?
Does anyone understand?
