Days out near m40?!

Hello, my dad is unwell so trying to find places we can meet up with the children/teenagers half way between London and Midlands...ideally close to the motorway and mainly outside. In lockdown we did Cliveden and Hobbledown Farm but looking for something more appealing for now older children. Any suggestions?

Warwick Castle or Kenilworth? Bicester Village. Stratford upon Avon.

Blenhim palace and woodstock are close to the M40 north of Oxford.

National motor museum if you are into cars is near Gaydon IIRC. That is cool.

Don't really know that many outside places. Silverstone is not far along the A43.
