Which would be more nutritious as a weekly staple?

Trying to simplify and organise my shopping. Buying things in weekly for each of these choices would be suitable, but not both at once. I love both idea, so would prefer to choose the most nutritious. Your thoughts?

1st would be fresh pizza, the healthier ones like tesco finest, no nasty ingredients and the amount of processing is fine with me. And they are delicious. I would be topping these myself with olives, rocket, tomato, garlic, herbs, bell pepper, occasionally tuna, and chilli. I would vary this a few times per week with fish, rice, eggs.

2nd option is to spend on soup dishes instead. So lots of fresh veg, herbs, lentils, legumes, chicken, with added rice, orzo, good piece of crusty bread.

I can't do both as it would produce some waste and I would overspend.
I guess there's more fibre in the second choice? I don't think the first is much different though, but it has a moderate amount of cheese. Could do one week on, one week off, but would be spending more...and admittedly the second option would be cheaper!
