Evri mix up - Got someone else's parcel!

Came home expecting to find a parcel from an order last week.

Although it was addressed to me and tracking showed "Delivered", I thought it looked much bigger and softer for what I ordered - some make up, so I opened the parcel to find some clothes someone else has ordered from Shein!

Clearly Evri has messed up with the labels.

I have contacted Il Makiage to explain the mix up via their website as they don't have a phone number, and I will be contacting Shein shortly to arrange a return.

Has this happened to anyone else before on here and if so, how did you manage to sort it and what happened in the end?

I don’t think you can do much about the SHEIN clothes but your contract is with whoever you ordered from, not the courier, so they should refund or replace your item

Thanks for your reply. I have already contacted the original company requesting either a refund or replacement.

I have also peeled off my address label as there is someone else's underneath it, and I've tracked it. It looks like they might have my parcel but they live 150 miles away.
