My son has an old iPhone that now will only charge if it's balanced with a weight on it to push the cable back. I understand Apple stores will clean the charging port for you, is that something you can just drop in and ask them to do or do you have to make an appointment - and how much does it cost? I can't seem to find out online and thought someone on here might know!
