Struggling

I've got long covid and I've had to give up my job due to extreme fatigue and brain fog, I just can't manage the hours. I've started another job which is only 10 hours a week but obviously the money isn't great. I don't want to claim universal credit because they'll make me look for more work/hours and long covid isn't recognised so I wouldn't be able to claim pip (think that's what it's called). Any suggestions. Covid changed me and I feel miserable I can't do what I used to do

I’m really sorry to hear you’re having such a tough time. do you mean suggestions as to what work you might be able to do?

You can claim ESA. I'm getting it for chronic illness and I don't have to look for work. If they deem you to be unwell enough, then you don't have to.

I get £90 a week. It's not a huge amount, but it helps.
