I’ve received letters from halifax and lloyds that we're unable to maintain a banking relationship with you.
Even barclays has told me that they are going to close my bank account as well, in barclays I never deposit or receive single penny literally zero but the send me that letter.
am I eligible to open another account in uk if the didn’t restore my accounts.

It seems odd that they want to close your accounts .
Do you not have any £ in them , or if you do have is the account dormant?

The only other reason I can think of is they suspect fraud.

So your money goes into a different account from the ones you've mentioned?

I have got nothing in any account but just few pennies, I never received any money from anyone just salary and sometimes from my house mate friend not over 50£

Nope, they gave me the notice of 65 days after this time period they will close it permanently,

But what's the point of having all these accounts with no money in them? From the banks' point of view, they are dormant accounts and worst case scenario you might be a fraudster maintaining them for identity theft reasons or to do something else dodgy. Most people have one personal current account they use for their day to day banking, and then maybe other savings accounts, often all with the same bank. That's all you need, surely?
