Anyone in this field can offer some tips / advice please?

Why do you want towork there?

How much do you know about the school?

Put the job description into ChatGPT and ask it to generate interview questions! I did this recently and got the job! 😃

Read the school’s latest Ofsted, especially anything SEND related.
check all policies on website eg Sen, bullying etc.

look at the Sen boards here, to gauge what concerns parents.
remember that we support with the aim of independence as far as possible.

I would be prepared for something safeguarding related to come up so have a good read of their policy which should be online.
