Vinted sms help!

When my bought item arrives at at inpost box I get a text message. This is often at 4am. Can anyone tell me if I can turn it off? I can't mute my phone because I might be needed in an emergency.
I can't find where to do it in Vinted settings. I can see turn off push notifications but it doesn't mention texts, at all.

Can you set your phone to only alert you to calls from certain contacts? Or a bespoke setting for vinted/inpost?

Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and set it to only allow texts and calls from approved numbers.
