LOVE HOLIDAYS MESS

Booked a holiday with love holiday's about 7 months ago then contacted the hotel to confirm booking which they did, after the recent news of insolvency I contacted the hotel again and was told there was no record of our booking. Since then I have contacted love holidays and they are adamant that the booking has not been affected and is confirmed. Really unsure of where to go from here - does anybody have any experience with Love holidays or advice?

  1. booking another hotel is not an option :(

Did you get a notice saying they are trying to sort this out?
I had the same issue and within two weeks they emailed me saying they managed to get a different supplier and managed to keep my hotel booking.
Maybe ring them and see if it's the same for you?

They emailed saying they have found a new supplier for our booking and the hotel is confirmed. But when I rang the hotel they said there was no reservation/booking under my name which I told love holidays but they are adamant the hotel is confirmed and unaffected.

Oh I see. I'm not sure why to say OP. I might even be in the same position as I haven't looked the hotel
