How can I get rid of back fat?!

Hi, I’m pretty fit and my lower half is really toned, but my back is fat!

What should I be doing, exercise wise? I’m going to cut down on calories in, but I need to tone up too. It’s where my bra is and it makes me look misshapen. I’m ok around the front!

Pull ups, pull downs, standing military press, reverse fly, bent over rows: anything, really, which focuses on your back and shoulder muscles. Cardio and general weight loss will also remove fat from all over, even if some areas are problem areas.

Unfortunately you will need to lose fat all over. Sometimes just wearing a bra with a wider band can make a big difference though

Train back in the gym as @ComtesseDeSpair
i love training back. It’s a big enough muscle that I feel it after a back session, but it’s no where near as hard to train as legs. My back very quickly started shaping up after I started training it. Good luck xx

Definitely train back as PP have said!

Are you definitely wearing the right size bra? The wrong size can really emphasise back fat I've found!
