Just that really. How worried should I be?
We discovered today I have mice in an old downstairs cupboard. the floorboards lift and lead to a big gap under the house where presumably they come from. It leads from the front to the back of the house I believe.
The mice are limited to this one cupboard. It has no flooring, would sticking some Lino down and wrapping it up the walls stop them? But they will still be under the house…should I stress about this too much? It’s a very old rural house. Impossible to plug all gaps. The mice are 100% not anywhere else in the house.
Before anyone suggests I already have a cat and a dog who are clearly both useless. I am also reluctant to use poison due to this and the fact they will probably die under the floor or cavity walls and smell terrible!
