Coil light spotting but light brown

Hi lovely ladies. I wonder if anyone can help me. I had the coil fitted 6 weeks ago all ok but for the last 14 days I’ve had horrible brown like discharge and a little abdominal pain when will this stop it’s making me feel miserable 😞

I'm about the same time frame as you or slightly longer. It could be a period type of spotting. It can take up to 6 months to settle. I get cramps when it's period time,even if I don't bleed.
