ASD causing physical exhaustion and inability to stay awake ?

Can ASD cause such severe physical exhaustion in this way? For the last 3 years I’ve had every test possible to find a reason for my severe exhaustion. Nothing has been identified. I was diagnosed with ASD when I was in my teens (also ADHD but I feel this is more to do with my ASD?).

I can’t function - if I actually go out then for 1-2 weeks afterwards I have to sleep multiple times in the day (I can’t actually keep my eyes open it’s not even that I choose to go for a nap I just start falling asleep ?)

I feel physical pain in the form of aching or pains, sometimes a particular muscle feels bruised ?

It stops me speaking when at it’s worst it as if my brain is so exhausted it can’t formulate speech (similar to what I’ve experienced with migraines )

I get palpitations, dizziness and fainting , often out of breath too but lung function fine etc. heart fine except rapid heart rate sometimes

Is this extended burnout ? Or should I be pressing for more tests ? I don’t feel like it’s a physical cause despite the very physical symptoms . What do I do I feel like I’m too exhausted constantly

Look up POTS.

Are you hypermobile by any chance?

We're also more sensitive to hormonal fluctuations and the general process of living as an autistic is very tiring if not exhausting.
