Cats or dogs?

You have to pick one!

As a kid I would have said dogs. Now as an adult it’s cats all the way. I love dogs, but cats are much less responsibility than dogs

Cats here. We did have a dog when I was a kid though.

I'm not really a pet person but definitely cats. I understand them. I don't understand dogs or their psychology at all. I find them really unpredictable and don't know how to act around them.

We actually have both. I love my dogs to bits but I’m still a cat person

That’s a tough one!!

I was always more cat but then we got a dog and I adore him (despite being significantly harder work than our cat).

I think probably overall though it’d have to be cat…..

Cats
I love the way they choose to co-exist with us .(They are CPL who were rescued as kittens from a garden ) They love their house and garden
I have adult DS and DD , DH is mainly WFH so they have a nice selection of people to bother or ignore .

There is something heart warming about a sleeping cat on your chair or bed .

And they don;t yap like NDN dog !

Cats every time. There's a hint in my username. 😻

I love cats and they would be my preference. I have two dogs two cats currently. The dogs have to be walked, but are non shedding. My cats have long hair and so does most of the furniture now.

I'm more of a dog person, but can see the appeal of having a cat. We like to go out, fortunately we have adult dd's living at home but it means planning who is going to be at home with the dogs, they can be left for a few hours but we couldn't all go out for the whole day without organising a dog sitter.

I love all animals so would consider getting a cat in the future.
