Covid question

Dd (18) has Covid. She's treated positive since last Sunday. How long should it be until she's negative?

And symptoms: hers have been pretty normal; headache, nausea, temp, sore bones.

Now on day 8 she has nausea and bloating. Can't eat more than three mouthfuls before feeling full.

Normal Covid symptom?!

Sounds within typical.

Covid can easily last 10 days or more and can include GI symptoms

But if worried, ring 111 and get proper medical advice

Best thing she can do is rest, rest, rest and then rest some more. I hope she’s on the mend soon

I had it a fortnight ago, the nausea and low appetite kicked in around day 7 but was gone in three days
