I have no natural rhythm and get very self-conscious when I try. Even when I've had a few, which to be honest is the only time I actually venture onto a dance floor, I still feel a twit and stiffen up.
i know I should just loosen up but it's easier said than done.
Has anyone overcome this and have any tips please?
One of my resolutions is to go to more live concerts but I just stand there or jiggle awkwardly so please help!!
