Oven symbol help

I read the manual but it’s so unclear

waht a normal oven (for cooking a crumble)

You’re on defrost currently. Move round one more for fan oven.

Working clockwise, I think the symbols are Light, Defrost, Fan, Grill, Grill with Fan

It’s so disappointing when you accidentally put the ‘defrost’ setting on, thinking you’ve put the oven on, and go back 20-30 minutes later to find the food still cold! Ask me how I know this…
