Aghhhhh my relative is such and idiot

1. he wrote his own memoir and published it himself I didn't buy or read it

But my sister did and he talks about all the affairs he had with priests !!

2. his lovely wife got diagnosed with Parkinson's They live overseas He has a large pension Very wealthy Multiple properties

She has many houses and a great pension

He put a go fund me up for 70k to help him pay for some of her caring costs and to cover the mortgage
They have no mortgage ?!!

He just asked me to donate

I would ignore it. I don't think there's anything to be gained by engaging with him.

If you felt you had to respond, you could say something like, "Thank you, I hope things go well for you," and then ignore it.
