Just that really, 1:45 in the morning. I’m up because my period is so bad the pain seeped in to my dream and I dreamt I’d been shot by Suge Knight (who I know mostly nothing about so I don’t know why it was him). Just waiting for painkillers to kick in and browsing. Why are you up? 😀

Whenever I wake . This will be an especially late night as I have been well enough to be busy but in a really pissy mood . I have overdone it . I'll get to bed at eightish and symptoms will awaken me at about three this afternoon .
I'm having a 'relaxing' cigarette at the mo as I am very old and don't care . Plus , I am now totally intolerant of alcohol ; more's the pity .

Bad night. Crying. Feeling v desperate. No friends. No one to turn to and am I am profoundly deaf.

Wondering what’s the bl**dy point in keeping going

And I am fat fat fat, so very ugly no matter what, waste of space. Can’t stop crying

Just got woken half an hour ago by flytipper as he chucked stuff out of a van into a car park- who plays loud music while fly tipping just before 5am?

Contemplating the shower. Actually been up since 04.30 , starting work at 7. 00, 15 miles away.

Then shopping, cook8ng and friends round later

Just got home from doing a night visit to a NHS hospital to check standards in care out of hours

Got woke up by a gang of seagulls fighting with eachother outside. Probably the Chinese takeaway place up the road putting their bin bags out on a non bin collection day as per usual.

I saw this thread at about 4am - I'm in Spain on holiday and woke up for a wee and just turned on my phone to check internet (no modem here we are using a satellite thingy). Went back to sleep though.

I went downstairs this morning and there's about 4 slices on a plate and two with jam upside down on the floor that he's given to the dog and the dog had turned his nose up at it. Pig. I feel so strange. We went to bend after 5 and woke up at 6 and again at 9. Trying my hardest to get back to sleep 😴 🫠😵‍💫🥴

And it was found wanting I presume.

Thanks all. I did eventually fall asleep but it was very broken. I was with my dad who was a day patient. He also had a bad night because of it. The poor hospital staff, they were so sad and blaming themselves for not checking him - although it was no more than 10 minutes since they did and were rushed off their feet.
