Until 35, I was size 6 - nothing fitted, there were few brand that offered clothes that fitted. 10 later, I am size 8 and loving it - look more womanly, loads of choice. But! With peri creeping up, the weight just seems to just jump on me overnight if I had a naughty week and I do not want to get bigger - health, vanity etc. I am curious about those who maintain the same weight / figure around this age onwards - how do you do this diet wise? I am happy to eat the same berries, yoghurt and oats for breakfast, handful of cashews at mid-morning, apple and peanut butter at mid-afternoon. What about lunch and dinner? Do you eat the same for simple life and less calories counting?
