Feeling down, could use a chat

ive found this forum to be very helpful with people offering advice and chatting away to me that I thought I’d create this thread for anyone who’s going through same and could use some online company
im 23 and suffer really bad anxiety and ocd managing to cope with it without medication. I have an 8 month old daughter .
tonight is one of those nights where I just want to be told I’m going to be okay and for a hug :(
how is everyone ? What did everyone get up to / have for their dinner etc ?

You have a beautiful baby & your whole life ahead of you. I too am old enough to be your Mum, but I wish I was your age again with a baby daughter.

try not to stress about any small stuff, & be happy. - life's too short.

what they say is true. The days are long but the years are short & fly by!

@Ella2001 Maybe trying therapy for OCD first might help, there might be some free resources online? I do understand, I have some OCD behaviours myself.

I remember the relentless daily slog of single parenthood with a 8mo and little support...and now he's a teenager I would go back and live it all again in a heartbeat!

Not because he's difficult (he's an angel tbh) but because looking back it was such a special time. If you'd told me that back then I would have laughed in your face 🤣

So today - home from work at 6, cut most of the hedge, picked up teenager, made him a cordon bleu dinner courtesy of Chicago town 🍕 and stole a piece for my dinner!
