What good thing happened to you today?

I lost my wedding rings a few days ago. Tore the house apart looking for them. I had all the rubbish stacked outside this morning ready to go in the bins for bin day this morning. But something told me to not throw the rubbish out yet. I didn't. This evening I went though the bags and there they were, bottom of a rancid bin bag. I can't believe my luck.

What good thing happened to you today?

I finished my work for almost 8 weeks and got some beautiful gifts from my gifts which is so appreciated since I've only been in the job 8 weeks. It was just a really lovely day 🙂

My best and closest friend has just told me she's expecting and it's twins! She's waited so long and tried so hard!

I left work on time. A rare occurrence for a Friday 😁

I thought, 'Bugger the diet' and had fish and chips for tea.😁

@Hatty65 haha, nice!! It's Friday, aren't we all supposed to be eating fish? Would be rude to leave the chips behind.

Ooh,very lucky OP.
After a rather gruelling week,I have had several good things happen today.
I managed to sort out a very frustrating financial issue that has been going on for 4+ months.
One of our lambs (Baby June) that had been very poorly and unable to walk,has made a miraculous recovery after we splinted her legs and gave her physio several times a day. She's up,walking and splint free in only 5 days.
I had to order some hydraulic fluid and the place I ordered it from was less than half the price than I'd seen it elsewhere.
