Sesame Seeds

I have a very large bag of black & white toasted sesame seeds, didn't realise how big the bag was before I ordered them for a recipe. What else can I do with them? Any decent recipes you can recommend l? I've used them for sticky honey & sesame chicken, sprinkled on salads and stir fries so far, but I'm never going to get through them all

What about making Pasteli? Or making sesame brittle if you don't like honey?

Or blend it to make tahini, then use that to make hummus.

Make your own granola and use the sesame seeds in that?

Hi @Idontjetwashthefucker how about baking bread rolls with sesame in the dough.
You can also make sesame snaps which I think is sesame brittle as per a PP.

I'd love to nake sesame brittle but my teeth aren't what they used to be! Bread sounds good or maybe some sort of crackers 🤔

Sesame and oat biscuits? I've made these or ones very like these: https://veggieideas.co.uk/sesame-seed-biscuits-sesame-cookies (I skipped the vanilla essence and reduced the sugar a bit). Standard biscuit/cookie hardness. I made them just with white sesame, but probably black and white would be good too.

I don't have a recipe for these, but in China, they have these really nice cubes of black sesame and nuts, so you might want to consider adding your seeds to something more nut focused as well, if you like nuts.

I do like nuts very much, I'll have a Google and see if I can find a recipe for the Chinese cubes. Thanks
