Wrong item sent presumably vinted

I’m quite new to vinted picked up I post parcel for me but there was another parcel also addressed to me I opened first parcel yep mine all good. Second one something I certainly didn’t order and someone will be upset. How do I find out who sent it, to get it back to them I’m awaiting two more parcels myself and one I’ve spent quite a bit of money which is due to come through in post again I’m hoping that arrives. Has this happened to anyone , how do you know you sending it back to the correct seller.sorry I’m a bit thick regarding vinted lol

I think all you can do is contact the sellers and ask them.

The seller has probably mixed up the postage labels (I nearly did the same thing yesterday and realised how easy it is to do if you're sending a few things out).

Suggest contacting the sellers you have purchases outstanding with as it's presumably one of them.
