Lost Wireless Festival Tickets

I can’t find them anywhere. My dd got them from Ticketmaster. Has anyone lost tickets and managed to get replacement tickets? I have the email with payment details etc….
I can’t believe it and we are supposed to going in a couple of week’s time.
l have emailed TT so fingers crossed that they reply. One stressed mum at the moment. Thank for reading.

Are they not just on a Ticketmaster account? I’ve not seen physical tickets for years.

@MuscariFan I am sure that we received paper tickets.My dd was adamant that l have them.l think that l do remember seeing them or maybe l am having a forget stage!

I’d just get on to the relevant Ticketmaster account and see if they can be downloaded and shared.

I had this recently, got physical tickets as a present but then couldn't find them! I used the chat function on ticket master - they just sent them electronically to my account no problem.

Hi @WaveyGodshawk dh tried and they said to keep looking and if we don’t find them 5 days before the concert, then they will see what they can do. So now l am stressing out. Why couldn’t they just send out replacement tickets now?

Oh sorry to hear that @Dontjudgeme101. I did actually only get in touch with them 2 days before our gig so that's obviously the difference. I know it's stressful but try not to worry, I'm sure they will sort it closer to the time though it seems really pointless to make you wait
