Dartmoor zoo or Paignton zoo?

Dd wants to go to a zoo, we live nearer to Dartmoor zoo but both are within driving distance.
Just wondering which one is better/bigger more of a day out.
If anyone has been to both I'd love to hear your thoughts.

It's a while since I've been to either, but Paignton Zoo is significantly larger. I don't think you could fill a whole day at Dartmoor Zoo - it's lovely for a shorter visit.

Paignton Zoo, purely based on the fact that their toilets are nicer. But there are more animals at Paignton, it's more open and clean with far more for the children to do in terms of play areas and train.
