Parking ticket - removed from car?

I was off sick from work and forgot I had parked my car in a place that I needed to move it early in the morning. Anyway, realised later that day and assumed I would have aa a PCN . To my surprise, there was nothing on the car -odd as the wardens are usually vigilant. Am now concerned that Donnie may have removed it. On the council website it is typically council -seems to be no way to check without giving a PCN which I don’t have…
Has anyone any experience of this?

Yes this has happened to me recently. I received a letter through the door, appealed and said I hadn't received the original PCN and they offered me a discounted rate for a further 14 days.

I'm sorry OP, I don't know the answer to your question and I hope you're feeling better now but I just wanted to ask who's Donnie, and why would he remove the ticket?!

@SushiSheep I was wondering who Donnie was as well

Donnie is the son of Joe Blogs

All the Osmond brothers play silly little tricks like this.

You'd think they would have grown up by now (except Little Jimmy, of course).

Sorry Donnie was a typo for ‘someone’😂

Just to update if useful to anyone else, contacted the Council’s web chat and the person (or bot? 😁) confirmed there were no PCNs showing for my car.
(So Donnie didnae do it 😁😁)
