Help lower back pain

Help and moral support needed please. I jarred my knee some weeks ago and in the last few days my lower back has been hurting. This evening it's hurts when I move, walk, sit. Last time I felt this, the pain escalated very quickly and I ended up not being able to walk or move for a few days. I am panicking right now. Single parent and need to get DC 6 and 8 to school tomorrow.

Have you been moving around less because of your knee? I find that being inactive is terrible for my back.

What are you taking for it?

If you can't get them to school I'm sure that won't be the end of the world. You can only do what you can do 💐
