Job role change and its too much

I feel overwhelmed.
I have taken on a role and put in a position I didnt really want to be put in. Acting manager. Ive had no training, no hand over.
I am so stressed. It's impacting my daily life, my anxiety. Im working hours outside of work.
On a plus, I do only have 4 weeks left and then I am starting a new job but I just dont know how to carry on.
I live right next to the river and went paddleboarding tonight with my DD and thought what would happen if I just fell in...

You would swim! It's only 4 weeks, get a visual planner where you can cross out the days and/or tasks with little rewards every few days. And plan something nice to do with the money, presumably there was a financial incentive to the new role? Nad also think, it is work after all, not worth making yourself sick for. Good luck!
