Random Dinners

Haven’t been grocery shopping and can’t be bothered to cook this evening.
I’m having sweet chilli and sour cream kettle chips, red grapes, ricotta stuffed peppers, some cocktail sausages and a lovely (pint) glass of sangria.

Have you had any random dinners lately?

I haven’t, but I did pick up some
mini kievs and super noodles on a whim in Tesco yesterday….

That's what is affectionately known as "giiiirl dinner" around here!

I had for tea the other night - a strawberry cornetto, some grapes, a few ritz crackers, some cheese and a chicken skewer!

I've added some olives and cherries that I found in the fridge.
Not very healthy but I've just worked a double shift and I'm too tired to care!

Mars bar, sharing packet of crisps to myself and a couple of large glasses of wine .

Hadn't had a mars bar for years ... my DH buys them as he does a lot of long distance hiking and uses them for energy ... I was just lying on the sofa all evening!

That fruit looks very healthy .

Actually I added chopped apple, flat peach bits and a couple of orange slices in there so I guess I do actually have my 5 a day, if you include the grapes and cherries 😁

Mine was 2 of the Aldi frankfurters, Spanish omelette, some tomatoes and mozzarella pearls with a basil and olive oil dressing and potato salad and coleslaw. It was one of those times where you wonder aimlessly around the supermarket but just can't decide what the hell you want for your tea

The other day I had an accidentally amazing combo of corn cakes (as in, like rice cakes, but imo nicer) with Brie and the loveliest ripe nectarines kind of sliced up and piled on top 😍

The nectarines were yellow stickered too, so, cashback <Alan Partridge face>

Back at work now but reading these is making me hungry.
