Suggest a child is neurodivergent off the back of a tantrum? Family member. I wouldn't dream of commenting on their children.

'a tantrum' or 'spending time with them over a number of months of even years' ?

I've heard many a parent of a ND child say they can't understand why no-one spoke to them earlier.

I wouldn't have dreamed of commenting on my sil's children, but it didn't stop her commenting unfavourably on mine (and insulting my parenting at the same time).
