Child free day out in London

DH and I have a rare day free next week. Can anyone recommend anything fun to do during the day in London please? We live in SW London so anywhere in London is fine, preferably central though as it's easier to get to within a few hours as we need to do pick up at 5:30

Walking tour? Long lunch? Theatre matinee?

Theatre - you can get decent priced last minute tickets on today tic app at 10, escape room, go karting, cinema.

The ticket app looks good thanks! Most are in the evening though by the looks if it but I can look on the day. We usually go to the cinema but nothing on of interest at the moment. Go karting/escape rooms aren't my thing. 24 weeks pregnant and don't fancy anything more than a gentle waddle!

I like the idea of long lunch then a casual walk!
