Has anyone booked one recently? We haven't been for a few years so new to their updated system. It felt so complicated!

I've seen a few posts on a fb group about not being able to get a RAP for the day they've booked to visit, are they limited now?

Yes they are limited. Book your rap date before your park tickets. Legoland seemed a bit easier - I booked for thorpe park with merlin passes for one of the half term weekend days then couldn’t get rap that day
Changed to legoland instead
Also when you go there if you’ve pre booked the rap and have an access card everything is done via the app so don’t join the epic queue as you go in

I booked ours when I booked our tickets for Alton Towers. Then on the day took the evidence and they created a photo card which can be used at the 4 Merlin attractions. The ride access pass was in fact a preprinted card which had their name on to be given to the attendant at each ride.

I'd already booked the short break before I realised about the rap! Luckily we got them for the same dates (although I've now realised our hotel room isn't suitable so need to sort that now!).

We don't have a card so will have to collect that on our first day?
