This isn't fair

I just need a handhold / rant.

I'm a Dr, DH is a pilot. I posted about his snoring last week and forced him to go to his medical at work. He had a blood test and he's been told he needs to go back for another one next week and give a pee sample. Something has triggered a re test of his blood results.

his test results are on the nhs app but he doesn't want to look / find out anything until the second blood test and it's driving me mad!

He has high blood pressure (for a 36 yr old but he has a very stressful job)

He hasn't been grounded and he's going to be away now until the 6th July on a long deployment essentially as he flies cargo and he's going to nz and then Dubai and then Australia then home he'll be having his re test on the 2nd July whilst he's away.

I know this isn't aibu but aibu to feel frustrated that I can tell him what his results mean and what they're re testing? I won't go against his wishes and look at the app because that's a huge breach of trust but it's so hard!!

I mean it's not fair that I have cancer and he has potentially kidney issues. I want a fucking break!!

Why are you so frustrated and overly invested? They’re his results and he obviously doesn’t want to know them yet. It won’t change the overall outcome of things if retests are still to be done, no need to unnecessarily stress him out in the meantime. If he hasn’t been grounded then it’s obviously nothing too untoward or worrying (another pilot wife here!). Quite bizarre behaviour on your part OP.

As a doctor surely you understand the significance of patient confidentiality?
