How do other countries tax the super rich ?

Germany ? Sweden ? France ?
Surely there are nations who do it properly without scaring them off.

Where their are punitive tax rates like labour in the 70s the wealthiest folk would just leave the country and move elsewhere

How about Monaco? * *No income tax. No capital gains tax. But rental properties are taxed at 1% of the annual rent. (Can’t see that really solving any problems TBH!)
