Finishing up a heavy dose of antibiotics & I’ve read I need to restore the good bacteria, any recommendations of what to take?

Hi OP! Hope you’re doing better now. When I had heavy antibiotics my doctor prescribed me these to take. They seemed to work well as no stomach issues after. FYI they must be kept in the fridge.

My DD's paediatrician told us to give her fermented milk. You can buy it but we've started just making it now (which is very MN I suppose) because she's had antibiotics so many times this year and it's much cheaper.

You can but the grains online and then you mix it with milk and keep it in a jar and she has it every day.

Kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, I just had a load of antibiotics for a tooth extraction so I've been drinking kefir yoghurt and scoffing sauerkraut.
I'm sure there are expensive supplements out there as well.

I hate all the right foods so need to go down the supplement route
